Wellbeing Resources – COVID-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic has brought with it all sorts of additional challenges to our physical and mental health.
To help you manage these, we’ve put together a range of free wellbeing resources that can be accessed here >

Individual support

Supporting you to stay well in work

During our working lives, problems at work or home can sometimes feel overwhelming, causing stress or anxiety that can affect our performance in work, or force us to take time off; whilst physical problems such as muscle and joint pain can sometimes stop us in our tracks.

Absence from work can quickly take its toll – both physically and emotionally, with financial worries often compounding health concerns.

If you are employed or self-employed and live or work in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot or Bridgend County Borough, we can offer free and confidential support to help you manage your condition more effectively.

Our team of professional NHS Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists can provide support when you really need it. We are here to help you at the earliest opportunity, so that you can get back to work as soon as possible, or avoid having to take time off in the first place.

Mental Health Support

If you need some extra help to manage your mental wellbeing, we can provide telephone-based or face-to-face support.

Physical Support

We can help if you are off work, or struggling to stay in work because of a muscle and joint problem.
