Wellbeing Resources – COVID-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic has brought with it all sorts of additional challenges to our physical and mental health.
To help you manage these, we’ve put together a range of free wellbeing resources that can be accessed here >

Mental health support

We all have times when we feel under pressure, both in and outside of work.  Sometimes we need extra support to manage this.

Our specially trained Occupational therapists use a range of techniques to help manage issues such as anxiety, depression and stress.

If you are off sick from work or struggling to cope because of a mental health issue, we can provide telephone or face to face support, as well as courses on managing your wellbeing. And if we can’t support you then we will be sure to signpost you on to somewhere that can.

There’s no need to be referred by a doctor, you can make an appointment by calling one of our friendly support staff on: 01639 684568 or by emailing wtw@wales.nhs.uk

Please be assured that this service is free and confidential. We won’t inform your employer of the support you’re receiving unless you ask us to.

Lines are open: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We have an out of hour’s answerphone service, so please leave your details and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
