This webinar is delivered by our ‘In Work Support’ (IWS) Service and forms part of a wider programme of wellbeing support for (employed and self-employed) individuals and small-to- medium-sized businesses across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.

This session explores common sleep problems and suggests strategies to support a better night’s sleep. From the session you will be guided to develop your own personal sleep plan. As well as exploring reasons why we struggle with sleep, we will also look at the science of sleep, developing healthy routines and setting up the bedroom environment. This evidence-based session is based uses approaches such as mindfulness and acceptance.
