Wellbeing Resources – COVID-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic has brought with it all sorts of additional challenges to our physical and mental health.
To help you manage these, we’ve put together a range of free wellbeing resources that can be accessed here >

Physical support

Is a muscle or joint problem causing you problems in work?

If you are on sickness absence or struggling to stay in work because of a muscle and joint problem (such as neck, hip or back pain) and would like support to help manage your condition, you can get rapid access to our dedicated NHS physiotherapists.

Our Physios can provide a range of work-related advice and guidance to help you manage your musculoskeletal problem in an effective and positive way. Support may include: personal exercise programmes, a paced/graded approach to exercise and condition related information e.g. on work-related joint problems or chronic conditions etc. If you are concerned that work is having an impact on your condition, they can even offer a free workplace assessment (with your employer’s consent) and provide a report with recommendations.

There’s no need for a referral from a doctor, you can call or email us yourself and one of our friendly team members will arrange an appointment.

Please be assured that this service is free and confidential. We won’t inform your employer of the support you’re receiving unless you ask us to.

To find out more or to arrange an appointment please call: 01639 684568 or by email: wtw@wales.nhs.uk

Lines are open: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We have an out of hour’s answer-phone service, so please leave your details and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
