Managing Your Wellbeing is a 5 week course (2.5 hours per week) delivered by Occupational Therapists from our In Work Support (IWS) Service. The course is available to individuals who are accessing (telephone/face to face) support and provides an opportunity to develop self-management skills and coping techniques, with the overall aim of improving health and wellbeing.
