In Work Support Service

At In-Work Support we help working people in Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea to manage their wellbeing. Our service is in place to help people to stay in work or return to work after an absence due to a muscle or joint problem like back or hip pain, or with a mental health issue such as stress, anxiety or low mood.

If you are self-employed or in employment and feel like you need some extra support with stress, anxiety or a physical problem like back pain, we can help with access to physio, occupational and psychological therapies. We also work with businesses in the same area to help with a number of things, including helping with developing workplace policies or practices to promote employee wellbeing.

Our locally based service will introduce you to our team of professional NHS therapists, who will provide you with the help you need to manage a health condition. We also specialise in mental health support, running courses and therapy sessions to help you manage your mental wellbeing.
