Mental Wellbeing

We all have times when we feel under pressure either in or outside of work, which can be detrimental on your health and wellbeing if not addressed. If you feel like you need support to manage your mental wellbeing we can offer advice over the phone or during face-to-face sessions, as well as arranging sessions for Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT), Solutions Focus Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

The service is confidential and we won’t inform your employer of the support you’re receiving unless you ask us to.

There’s no need to be referred by a doctor, you can get support straight away by calling to talk to one of one of our specialist support staff on 0845 601 7556 or by emailing wtw@wales.nhs.uk

Calls from landlines are free of charge; calls from a mobile phone may incur a charge from your mobile phone provider. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

We have an out of hours answer-phone service, please leave your details and we’ll call you back.
