During the Covid-19 crisis, we are delivering a series of free webinars, offering specific guidance to employers on how to support staff in these most challenging of times and tips and tools for employees on looking after their mental and physical wellbeing.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many of us have been more isolated than usual due to shielding, social distancing or working from home. Being removed from our normal interactions and daily routines can be difficult, so this one-hour webinar provides information on:

  • effectively structuring your time
  • managing thoughts and mood
  • maintaining physical and mental wellbeing
  • managing social relationships, and 
  • things to consider when working from home.
